What are you going to do about keeping the equipment clean?
Between each session, all trampoline equipment will be thoroughly cleaned using anti-bacterial spray and wipes.
- Equipment will be sanitised before, during and after each class
- Hand sanitiser stations will be available at the entrance and exit of the sports hall as well as at each trampoline where coaches will have their own hand sanitiser
What are coaches going to do to maintain hygiene throughout the sessions?
Coaches will have the option to wear face masks and will each have a supply of hand sanitiser with them at all times.
Our coaches and staff are required to sanitise their hands before, during and after every class – coaches will be encouraged to have hand sanitiser with them.
What will class sizes look like?
Our classes will be working with a coach to performer ratio of 1:6. This will help enforce social distancing whilst keeping a safe learning environment for our performers
We continue to encourage interaction between coaches and performers to ensure a fun learning environment whilst allowing performers to learn and communicate with others.
What should my child wear to training?
We strongly advise both performers and coaches wear clothing that limits the amount of skin exposure to keep a safe and hygienic environment. We also advise that they arrive to the venue in their training clothes as we will discourage the use of the changing rooms.
Please see below regarding what performers must and must not wear to sessions.

*PLEASE NOTE: Performers wearing incorrect clothing will not be allowed to participate in their class.
What should my child bring to each session?
The parent / guardian of the performer is responsible for their chid to be wearing the appropriate clothing to class (see table above), if performers are not wearing the appropriate clothing, they will not be permitted to take part in the class.
Parents / guardians are also responsible for their child to bring their own water bottle to class (this is not to be shared with other performers).
Food is not permitted in the sports hall at any time, please ensure your child has eaten prior to attending their class. If there is a reason why your child needs to have food during the class (e.g. diabetes), you must make note on your registration form and contact us so we can inform our coaches.
Performers have the option to bring their own hand sanitiser and mask if they wish. Performers must not wear masks on the trampoline but can wear their mask whilst spotting.
Performers are strongly advised bring a bag to keep all their belongings together.
Performers may bring their mobile phone to class, but this MUST be in their bag away from the trampoline and on silent. If your child needs to use their mobile phone (e.g. contact parent / guardian), they must ask their coach and they will be required to take their phone outside of the hall to prevent distractions to the other performers.
Where can my child put their belongings?
Each trampoline will have a designated area for performers to place all their belongings. These benches will be cleaned with anti-bac after each class.
Ace of Clubs Trampolining will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the performer’s belongings.
How do we enter and exit the sports hall?
We will be controlling the flow of performers and parents / guardians to avoid overcrowding in the venue by establishing a one-way system for drop off and pick up. Performers will be required to wait outside the venue before their class starts adhering to social distancing measures – we will not allow performers to enter the hall before their class begins. We will also not allow performers to leave their class early unless it has been discussed with the coach prior.
Coaches will open the entrance and exit doors at the start and end of each class, the next class will not enter until all the equipment has been sanitised.
Will I be able to watch or stay in the waiting area?
Parents / guardians will be strongly advised to drop off their children to limit the number of people in the venue. We do request, where possible, to drop off your child and wait in your car.
What if my child has a medical condition?
If your child has a specific medication (e.g. EpiPen or inhaler), this must be declared on the registration form so we can inform our coaches of your child’s needs.
To ensure the safety of other performers, the coach may ask to keep hold of the medication during the session.
What if my child displays symptoms of Covid-19?
If your child or any member of your household displays symptoms, you must contact Labyrinth Trampolining via telephone or email as soon as possible. You must follow the NHS guidelines, such as get tested and follow the isolation process.
Regarding any payment concerns, should your child display symptoms and have to go into isolation, due to the limited spaces on our courses, refunds will not be possible.
What if a coach displays symptoms of Covid-19?
If a coach displays symptoms, all parents / guardians of the performers at the club will be contacted via telephone or email, sessions will be cancelled until further notice and payments will be refunded.
The coach will follow the NHS guidelines, get tested and follow the isolation process.
How long will my child have on the trampoline?
Each performer will receive 2 minutes on the trampoline to ensure all performers get enough time on the trampoline and sufficient rest between each turn and for performers to samitise their hands.
Can I pay on the day?
Sorry, no. At this current time, we will not be accepting payment on the day or cash in any form – as a result, we are no longer accepting bookings for performers who attend our classes on a pay-as-you-go (PAYG) basis.
Payment for our classes must be made in advance online via bank transfer or card payment.
You MUST contact us prior to booking and making payment for the sessions so we can monitor our class numbers, this can be done via telephone or email.
When will competitions be returning?
We are awaiting information regarding the resuming of trampoline competitions.
