DROP IN RATE (PAY AS YOU GO) *NOT APPLICABLE TO GYMNASTICS CLASSES
Our drop-in fees are £8.00 per hour. Please note, we have a maximum capacity of 6 per trampoline. Other than those booked on to courses or who have pre-booked, we will accept 'drop-ins' on a first come, first served basis. Please call us to confirm there are spaces before the session.
We also offer a sibling discount of 25%.
For those who wish to bounce at 2+ sessions a week, instead of one, the subsequent class fee will be discounted by 10%.
We keep the courses to 10-12 week blocks, and within school term times.
For Health and Safety requirements, membership of British Gymnastics and Regional affiliation is required for all participants. This is also your insurance, whilst engaging in sessions/ competitions with Ace of Clubs Trampolining. The British Gymnastics membership fee and Regional affiliation fee £20.00 per annum. (The year runs from 1st October - 30th September). You will need to contact BG direct to pay their membership fees.
Payment is either by debit/credit card over the phone or by email link, by cheque made payable to 'Ace Academy Training Centre Ltd', or you can also pay your fees by bank transfer. Please find the details on the booking form.
In the event of serious injury, with supporting medical evidence, we are happy to give a refund for non-attendance of the remaining course fees. Refunds will not be given for any other reason.
If we have to cancel a session, a credit will be issued or where this is not possible, a refund will be given.
If we have to cancel a course due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund will be issued.
